Cette Famille, run by Paul-Alexis Racine Jourdren, is a social enterprise which was created in 2016 and today is made up of 20 collaborators. It’s aim is to help the ageing population by providing a care service for the dependent elderly in family homes. This kind of centre helps those who are losing their independence to be looked after in a homely context by qualified carers. Cette Famille is a more convivial and personable alternative to retirement and nursing homes. In 2020, 1,600 families in 85 different regions of France are helping to meet the needs of an ageing population.
